As a certified mindfulness teacher, Dr. Kapur graduated from the prestigious UCLA Mindfulness Awareness Research Center, solidifying his commitment to fostering well-being and mindfulness in every facet of life.
He founded Mediation Wala with a vision to spread love and kindness in the world. He also practices mindful running and has completed 9 consecutive San Francisco Marathons.

Harini has made her life’s mission to serve people and the community through meditation, mindfulness, and her energy healing practice.
Harini has a master's degree in Computer Science and worked for several years in the field. However, Harini found her calling through practicing meditation and Reiki. She is a certified reiki master and is also working on integrating sound healing with reiki at her wellness studio. An empath by nature, Harini helps individuals release their physical, emotional, and mental stress, energy blocks and imbalances, and facilitates profound healing.

Jas is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the consulting industry. Alongside her corporate journey, she's also a certified Yoga Foundation Course graduate from The Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY).
Her commitment to holistic wellness is evident as she's currently delving into the wisdom of Ayurveda as a way of life. Jas is a dedicated learner and a passionate teacher, having conducted online classes for children for the past couple of years. Jas will be the admin for the yoga group.

Sachin is a Yogi who is eager to learn and share the beauty and joy of yoga with all people around him. Sachin is a trained Yoga teacher and teaches yoga twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) via Zoom.
Sachin's goal is to spread love, joy, health, peace, and happiness through Yoga. Sachin spreads the gift of Yoga with our community members. It’s his way of giving back to Yoga and our community.

Veer is in 9th grade and has been practicing meditation since he was 9 years old.
Veer has attended a few mindfulness retreats and his first mindfulness retreat was with his parents at the age of 4.
Veer is a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, is active as a Boy Scout, and loves to help people and animals.
Veer supports the team by sharing insights and engaging in mindful living as a youth.
