Harini has a master's degree in Computer Science and worked for several years in the field. However, Harini found her calling through practicing meditation and Reiki. She is a certified reiki master and is also working on integrating sound healing with reiki at her wellness studio. An empath by nature, Harini helps individuals release their physical, emotional, and mental stress, energy blocks and imbalances, and facilitates profound healing.

Jas is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the consulting industry. Alongside her corporate journey, she's also a certified Yoga Foundation Course graduate from The Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY).

Sachin is a Yogi who is eager to learn and share the beauty and joy of yoga with all people around him. Sachin is a trained Yoga teacher and teaches yoga twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) via Zoom.

Veer is our youngest intern, he is in 7th grade and has been practicing meditation since he was 9 years old.
Veer has attended a few mindfulness retreats and his first mindfulness retreat was with his parents at the age of 4.
Veer is testing for his black belt in Tae Kwon Do, is active as a Boy Scout, and loves to help people and animals.
Veer supports the team by sharing insights and engaging in mindful living as a youth.
