Dr. Vikram Kapur (Founder)

Dr. Vikram Kapur, the founder of Meditation Wala

Dr. Vikram Kapur is an internationally recognized leader and expert in both mindfulness and safety. With a PhD, two master’s degrees, and a bachelor’s degree in health and safety, he brings over 25 years of experience spearheading safety engineering initiatives across a multitude of industries—from aerospace and autonomous vehicles to artificial intelligence, energy, and technology.


In addition to his technical and safety credentials, Dr. Kapur is a trained mindfulness facilitator from the UCLA Mindfulness Awareness Center and the SEMEL Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. He is also a certified breathwork facilitator, ice bath coach, and Reiki healer with over 20 years of practice. He loves running and has completed 10 consecutive San Francisco Marathons (2015–2024).


Dr. Kapur's mission is clear: to spread love and kindness in this world with one breath at a time.
