Dr. Kapur has even spoken at TEDx about "The Art of Manifestation." He believes that great challenges are won with the mind, not just the body. He often says, "You don't run miles on the road; you run 6 inches between your ears."


His own story is proof of his methods. With just a few weeks of training, he completed 10 San Francisco Marathons in a row—without any injuries. He has helped many beginners, even those who have never run a mile, cross the finish line of a marathon.
